Who we are

Clubhouse Last Man Standing is operated by Honk Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at lms@honklabs.ai. We are the “controller” of your personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The data we collect

• Account details — your first and last name, display name and email address.
• Authentication data — your password is stored, hashed, by our authentication provider; we never see it in plain text.
• Gameplay data — the leagues you join, your entries, the clubs you pick each round, and your results and standings.
• Preferences and consent — your email preferences and a record of the consents you give or withdraw (what, when, and the version of these terms you accepted).
• Technical and usage data — basic device and log information, and, where you allow it, analytics about how you use the game. See our Cookie Policy.

How and why we use it

We use your data on the following legal bases:

• To run the game (contract) — creating your account, managing your leagues and entries, settling rounds, and showing leaderboards.
• Service emails (legitimate interests) — deadline reminders, results and essential account messages for games you have joined. You can turn reminders off at any time in your account or from any reminder email.
• Marketing (consent) — news, tips and offers by email, only if you opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the service emails above.
• Analytics and improvement (consent) — understanding how the game is used so we can improve it, only where you accept analytics cookies.
• Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests) — keeping accounts, fair play and prizes secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers (“processors”) that help us run Clubhouse Last Man Standing, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Lovable Cloud — application hosting and backend infrastructure.
• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Resend — sending transactional and reminder emails.
• PostHog (EU-hosted) — usage analytics, where you have accepted analytics cookies.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses, so your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must keep limited records — such as consent history or information needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes — for as long as reasonably necessary.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• access a copy of your personal data;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

You can download your data and delete your account directly from your account settings, or contact us at lms@honklabs.ai. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

Children

Clubhouse Last Man Standing is intended for players aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a younger person has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email or in the app.
