Terms & Conditions
Last updated 4 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Honk Labs Ltd for your use of Clubhouse Last Man Standing. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Who we are
Clubhouse Last Man Standing (“the game”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Honk Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at lms@honklabs.ai.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or over to create an account and play.
- You must be resident in the United Kingdom.
- You must register with accurate details and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person. Multiple or automated accounts may be removed.
3. The game is free to play
Clubhouse Last Man Standing is free to enter and free to play. There is no stake, no entry fee, and no money can be won or lost by playing. It is a game of skill and is not a betting, gaming or gambling product.
4. How the game works
- Each round you pick one club from the available fixtures.
- If your club wins, you go through to the next round.
- A draw or a defeat eliminates your entry.
- You cannot pick the same club twice in a run — used clubs are “burned”.
- If you do not pick before the deadline, a club may be selected for you automatically, or your entry may be granted a bye, as described in the game.
- Results are taken from our data provider. Fixtures may be postponed, abandoned or voided; in those cases we settle entries fairly and reserve the right to correct a result if the underlying data was wrong.
5. Prizes
We may run the game with prizes. Where we do, the following apply:
- No purchase necessary. Entry is free and buying anything neither helps nor is required to win.
- The prize on offer, the competition period, and any specific rules will be stated in the game or on the relevant league. Those specific rules form part of these terms.
- Winners are determined by the game’s rules of play — the last standing entrant(s), or as otherwise stated. Where a tie-break is needed, we will apply a fair and objective method.
- You must be an eligible entrant (18+, UK resident) to claim a prize. We may ask you to verify your identity and eligibility before a prize is awarded. A specific prize may carry its own additional eligibility requirements; any such requirement will be stated with the prize.
- We will contact winners using the email on their account. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable period, or is found ineligible or to have breached these terms, we may forfeit and re-award the prize.
- Prizes are as described, cannot be exchanged for cash unless we say so, and any tax or costs arising from receiving a prize are the winner’s responsibility.
6. Fair play
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts or automation, or exploit bugs or loopholes;
- create multiple accounts, collude, or manipulate results or leaderboards;
- post unlawful, offensive or infringing content in league names or any text you enter;
- interfere with the security or operation of the game.
We may suspend or remove accounts, void entries, and withhold prizes where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
7. Private leagues
You can create or join private leagues via an invite code. You are responsible for who you invite and for any name or content you set. We may remove leagues or content that breach these terms.
8. Availability
We work to keep the game available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features. Deadlines depend on third-party fixture data and scheduling.
9. Your data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand what we collect and your rights.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, and because the game is free to play, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from matters outside our reasonable control (including third-party fixture data, results or outages).
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, or where we stop offering the game.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your home nation.
